Final Reminder: Alumni Golf and Dinner Registration

Gentlemen,

I hope everyone is doing well. This is the final week to register for the Alumni Football Golf Tournament & Dinner, and current registrations are below our usual turnout.

Please take a moment to reach out to your former teammates and encourage them to sign up. Some of you may be wondering why the deadline falls two weeks before the event. It’s not my rule—that timing is required by our vendors, so we can secure merchandise, prizes, sponsor signage, and other essentials in time for the tournament.

Our first notice went out at the end of February, so the mid-April deadline has given everyone a long window to respond. If you know of any teammates who aren’t receiving emails from Bears Football Alumni, please have them send me their contact information and I’ll make sure they’re added to the list.

Thanks in advance for your help. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone on May 1st.
