Game Recaps Plus Crimson Pride Challenge info

November 4, 2025

As you may be aware, we have had two nice wins in the last two weeks against Dean College and UMass Dartmouth. We hope to have turned a corner on the season, and I want to thank all of you for your support at Homecoming. The crowd was one of the biggest I can remember. We had over 30 recruits to not only witness a big win, but also to get a glimpse at what Homecoming support is all about. They came away impressed.

BSU VS DC RECAP BSU VS UMD RECAP

We have been practicing well the last few weeks, and the kids have been working very hard to make the second half of the season successful. Last week’s win against UMass Dartmouth was a great one for the program, as UMD has been the champion for the last three years.

This weekend, we head to Fitchburg State for a 12:00 PM kickoff in the hopes of making it three in a row. Fitchburg has the #1 defense in the conference and a strong running game on offense, so it definitely will be a challenge.

Speaking of challenges, many of you have supported the Crimson Pride Challenge. To those who have already made a donation: thank you very much! If you haven’t, I am including the link for you to support the goal if you choose to do so.

CRIMSON PRIDE CHALLENGE INFO

To date, our football team has raised $3,000 of our $10,000 goal.

The money raised from this challenge will be allocated directly to the general fund and used immediately for the football program. In the past, we have used this money for gear, training supplies, team breakfast, recruiting, and more. Please note that we typically raise $4,000-$5,000 from the Crimson Pride Golf Tournament on the Cape. Unfortunately, we will not be hosting that event this summer, resulting in lost revenue for our program.

The deadline for the donations is next Friday, November 7, 2025. If everyone could contribute $50, we would definitely surpass our goal.

I appreciate ALL the support and the emails this season, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the Cranberry Bowl.

Go Bears!

Thank you,
