Hi Guys,

Just a few quick notes.

A full recap of the season opener is now on the website. Anyone with a news item for our new website feature, which was mentioned in the last email, please send it directly to me. I have received three already and will post them on the website once I have ten, where they will remain for viewing. New submissions that come in after will be posted in intervals of ten.

Also, this is a reminder to register for the kickoff event next Saturday against Westfield State, which will honor the life of Coach Mazzaferro. The ceremony starts at 1:30 PM.

Last, but certainly not least. Jack Lavanchy, class of 2019, is the newest football member of the BSU Athletic Hall of Fame. Jack was an outstanding receiver who still holds many receiving records, having played only three seasons after transferring from Merrimack. Jack’s entire bio is listed in an article on the BSU website announcing the Hall of Fame Class of 2025. Congratulations to Jack from all BSU football alumni.
